ONLINE SHOP REGULATIONS www.celebrita.pl of 10 January 2017 years

I. Definitions

The terms used herein have the following meaning:

1. Customer - a natural person, legal person or organizational unit without legal personality, the special provisions confer legal capacity, which makes orders in the Shop;

2. Civil Code - the Act of 23 April 1964. (Journal of Laws No. 16, pos. 93, as amended.);

3. Regulations - these Regulations provide electronic services within the online shop [store name];

4. Online Shop (Shop) - Internet service available at [address], through which the customer may in particular consist of orders;

5. Goods - products presented in the Online Shop;

6. The sales contract - a contract sale of goods within the meaning of the Civil Code, concluded between [the entity operating the store] and the customer, which is entered using the Internet service Store;

II. General provisions

2.1. These Regulations defines the rules for the use of the online store available at www.celebrita.pl.

2.2. These Regulations are the rules referred to in Article. 8 of the Act on electronic services.

2.3. Online store operating at www.celebrita.pl is run by CELEBRITA Sp. z o.o. with its registered office ul. Niekłańska 41, 03-915 Warszawa, entered in the register of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City Warsaw, XII Commercial Department of National Court Register, under KRS number 0000430327, NIP: 5252536062 REGON: 146267520, registered capital of 50.000 zł, fully paid up,

2.4. The Regulations define in particular:

a) rules for the registration and use of the account within the online store;

b) the terms and conditions for electronic booking available in the online store;

c) the terms and conditions of the electronic procurement in the online store;

d) the rules of contract of sale with the use of the services provided in the Online Shop.

2.5. Using the online shop is possible provided that the ICT system used by the customer minimum technical requirements:

2.7. In accordance with the applicable laws for CELEBRITA Sp. z o.o. with its registered office ul. 2.9. Information about the Goods quoted on the website store, and in particular their descriptions, technical and performance characteristics and price, are the an invitation to contract, within the meaning of art. 71 of the Civil Code.

III. Rules for the use of the Internet Store

3.1. The commencement of use of the Online Store is register under it.

3.7. The customer is obliged in particular to:

e) the use of any content contained in the Online Polish law, the provisions of the Rules, as well as with the general principles of using the Internet.

IV. The procedure for conclusion of the Sales Agreement

4.1. In order to conclude the Agreement sales through Online Store, go to the website www.celebrita.pl, choose clothes, shoes, accessories, accessories - including their specifications - eg. V. Delivery

5.1. Delivery of goods is transferred to the territory of the Republic of Polish and all European countries and takes place at the address indicated by the customer when placing orders.

5.2. Delivery of ordered goods is done by courier, registered mail, or the possibility of receiving personal. Shipping fees are as follows: 8,90 zł, 14.90 zł , 18,00 , 65 zł addition, the cost of delivery will be indicated at the time of procurement. Orders over the amount of 500 zł, are supplied free of charge on Polish territory..

5.3. The term of delivery is 3 to 14 working days, up to 60 days in the case of an earlier special order, from the date of dispatch of the Customer Order.

5.4. Customers can get access to these Rules at any time via a link found on the main site www.celebrita.pl and download it and make it print.

Consolidation, security, access and customer confirmation of the relevant provisions of the Agreement, the sale of Goods by sending to the customer via e-mail by attaching to the parcel containing the Goods printout confirming the specifications and orders a receipt or an invoice.

VI. Prices and payment methods

6.1. Commodity prices are given in Polish zloty and in euro and contain all the ingredients, including VAT (with distinction from the rate).

VII. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 3 days without giving any reason.

The deadline to withdraw from the contract will expire after 3 days from the date of receipt of the Goods

in the case of the agreement regarding the transfer of ownership of things (eg. the sales contract, the delivery contract or contract work which thing moving), "on which you acquire possession of things or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into the possession of things. To keep the deadline for withdrawal, it is enough to send you information on exercising the right of withdrawal from the contract before the deadline for withdrawal.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of goods (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive normal delivery offered by us), immediately and in any event no later than 3 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this contract. Reimbursement of payments will be done using the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any case you will not incur any fees in connection with the return.

a) We may withhold reimbursement until receipt of things, or to have supplied evidence of her return, depending on which event occurs.

VIII. Complaints about the Goods

8.1. CELEBRITA Sp. z o.o. with its registered office ul. Niekłańska 41, 03-915 Warszawa as the seller is liable to the Client who is a consumer within the meaning of art. 22 [1] of the Civil Code, under the warranty for defects to the extent specified in the Civil Code, in particular Article. 556 and Art. 556 [1] - 556 [3] of the Civil Code.

IX. Complaints in the provision of electronic services

X. Final Provisions

10.1. Settlement of any disputes arising between CELEBRITA Sp. z o.o. with its registered office ul. Niekłańska 41, 03-915 Warszawa and the Client who is a consumer within the meaning of art. 22 [1] of the Civil Code, is subject to the relevant courts in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.

10.2. Settlement of any disputes arising between CELEBRITA Sp. z o.o. with its registered office ul. Niekłańska 41, 03-915 Warszawa and the customer who is not a consumer within the meaning of art. 22 [1] of the Civil Code of the Civil Code, it is subject to the competent court for the seat of the entity managing the online store.

10.3. In matters not regulated herein shall be governed by the Civil Code, the provisions of the Act on provision of services by electronic and other relevant provisions of Polish law
